Such mirror paltes were a very popular piece of furniture in the 19th and early 20th centuries and were used as stands for jardinieres, vases, flower pots, etc.

Patina is a film that forms on the surface of metal products under the influence of a certain environment.

There are traces of usage. An element of decoration is missing (a leaf, which is almost imperceptible).
